A stunning medium-sized specimen tree that is often seen as a small, 25- to 35-foot-tall tree but can reach 50 feet, with a rounded, spreading canopy.  The leaves drop for a short period in April to May, and it is at this time the tree produces an abundance of bright yellow trumpet-shaped flowers.

DROUGHT TOLERANCE: Tolerant once established in Florida. 

HARDINESS ZONE: 9B+ (Possibly zone 9A)
