Add a touch of the tropics to any landscape with this cold hardy banana that can survive temperatures down to zero degrees!! (The top portion of the plant will die back but will re-sprout in spring).  The Basjoo banana is also known as the Japanese Fiber Banana and although the fruits are not edible, the impact on the landscape is amazing.

This banana does well as an accent, in groupings, and even in containers.  Very versatile and easy to grow!
