A beautiful costa palmate palm with olive green leaves that has been designated as the state tree of both Florida and South Carolina.  This hardy slower growing palm is fun to grow indoors but requires bright light, good humidity, and patience.  In the landscape, the palm looks great in groups but can also be used as a specimen palm in smaller landscapes.
